PURPOSE:To bulge-form a pail can shell on the face of an outer forming die, by providing an inner forming die of a double layer on the forming external die, inserting a forming material between the double layer, and feeding forcibly pressurized fluid into the inner forming die. CONSTITUTION:An inner forming die 3 opposed to an outer forming die 1 consists of a rubber material being freely expandable and contractable. Also, as for an inside cylinder 7 of the inner forming die 3, the upper end is opened, the lower end is formed like a bag for forming a close end face 7a, and an expanded collar 7b of the upper end is engaged to a fixed plate 6. Subsequently, an outer cylinder 8 of the inner forming die 3 opens the upper and lower ends, is fitted closely to the outer form of the inner cylinder 7 and forms a rubber bag of a double structure. Subsequently, the close end face 7a of the inner cylinder 7 and the lower end face of the rubber bag of the outer cylinder 8 are received and stopped by a receiving plate 9, also are connected to the lower end of a fixed lever 10 through a bolt 11, and the closed end face 7a is pinch-held and fixed by an inner plate 12. Subsequently, the upper end of the fixed lever 10 is connected by a bolt to a plate 13 for pinch-holding the upper end of the inner cylinder 7. Subsequently, a forming material is inserted between the inner and outer cylinders 7, 8, a pressurized fluid is fed forcibly in from an oil feeding hole 14, and the forming material is pressed against the surface of the outer forming die 1. |
