PURPOSE:To prevent the local wear of an oil seal by fitting a rotary sleeve into a movable body through the oil seal, and always keeping the movable body concentric with the rotary sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A stationary part 23 has a ring-shaped stationary body 25, a movable body 26, and a connecting rubber 27. Even if a rotary sleeve 22 rotates eccentrically to a fixed position, the deflection of the connecting rubber 27 makes the movable body 26 move to a position being concentric with the rotary sleeve sleeve 22, which rotates keeping concentric positional relation to the movable body 26. Therefore, resistance or pressing force on the sliding planes of oil seals 30-32 can become uniform on the whole periphery of the said sliding plane to prevent the local wear of the oil seal. |
