PURPOSE:To produce a reaction uniformly in a wide range by superposing and emitting the first laser light of pulse oscillation and the second laser light of continuous oscillation with the same wavelength as that of the first light to a substance to be emitted in an emission cell. CONSTITUTION:A laser light 12 oscillated by a continuous laser light oscillator 11 is condensed and parallelized through an optical system 13 which is composed in combination with a lens, mirror or the like, and introduced into an emission cell 14 which contains a substance to be emitted. At this time pulse laser light 16 generated from a pulse laser light oscillator 15 of the same wavelength as the oscillator 11 is incident from other direction through an optical system 17. In the cell 14, window plates 18, 19, through which the light 12 passes, and window plates 20, 21 which can be superposed at an angle with the light 12 are provided. Further, reflecting mirrors 22, 23 are opposed on the inner wall of the body of the cell 14 so that the light 12 is incident from the plate 20 and reflected several times and emitted from the plate 21. |
