PURPOSE:To improve the chracteristics of an applied circuit device by preventing transconductance from dependence upon the absolute value of a diffused resistor in an integrated circuit when the circuit device is used as the integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:Internal reference current IRI and external reference current IRE are formed on the basis of a reference voltage source 31. The current IRI and IRE are determined by the voltage source 31 and an internal reference resistor 32 and an external reference resistor 35 which are formed by respective diffused resistors. One end of the reference resistors 32, 35 is connected to a reference voltage terminal 33 and the other ends of respective resistors 32, 35 are connected to an npn transistors (TR) 36, 37. The current inversion circuit 36 consists of npn TRs 41, 42 and its collector is connected to the input terminal of a current inversion circuit 43. The internal reference current IRI of the circuit 43 is the steady state current of TRs 6, 7 constituting a voltage-current converting circuit 3 of differential input and output. |
