PURPOSE:To prevent the creation of a scale by using a corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant material made of Co or Ni as a principal component for at least one of a pin and a pin holding bush used at the fulcrum section of a lever mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A crosshead 5 is pinched with two levers 6a, 6b connected to a lever mechanism, a pin 11 is inserted and its both ends are tightened with nuts 15a and 15b. A bush 13 is coupled with the crosshead 5 so as to maintain a proper distance from the pin 11. When the levers 6a, 6b are moved up and down, a relative rotation is slightly generated betwee the pin 11 and bush 13, thus the crosshead 5 is moved straight up and down. Co or Ni alloys 12, 14 are deposit welded on at least one or both of the outer surface of a pin 11 and the inner surface of the bush 13, or the pin itself or the bush itself is made of the alloy for use, thereby the creation of an oxidized scale can be prevented. |
