Tamper-evident cover with a hinge of the type comprising a hollowed frame section 1, a cover section 2 fitting into the section 1 and a hinge section 3. According to the invention, the hollow frame section 1 comprises, on the flange 9 of its inner rim, on the side opposite the hinge section 3, an inside protrusion 12 in the form of a locking tooth designed to engage, when the cover section 2 is in the closed position, in a corresponding opening or orifice 13, located in the outside flange 8 of the groove 7 of this cover section. In line with this orifice 13 and in the outside rim 5 of this cover section, a form of latch 14 is delimited by two slots 15, 16 located on either side of the orifice 13 and whose outer ends are closed by tamper-evident points 17, 18. <IMAGE>
