PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a linear drive device and to enable the mass production of the devices by employing as a stator a field magnet having longitudinally N-, S-poles and as a movable element an armature coil molded with Teflon or the like. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of ?-shaped sectional yoke 2 are closed by magnetic units 3-1, 3-2 to form a magnetic path, and field magnet 4 of long plate shape having N-, S-poles is bonded to the side 2-1 as a stator. An armature coil 5, on which a conductor is wound in a rectangular shape at an angle substantially equal to the pole of the magnet 4, is formed, molded with Teflon 6, and contained at the side 2-2 of the yoke 2 as a movable element. Then, it is planly contacted with the magnet 4 by utilizing that the Teflon 6 has less frictional resistance, and moved. Consequently, the cost can be reduced by extremely simplifying the structure without using bearings, or rollers and the like. |
