PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a collar in a stepping motor and to reduce the number of steps of assembling the motor by forming the pole of a rotor of a sintered material and integrally forming a cylinder becoming the collar at one side. CONSTITUTION:Many teeth 2 formed, for example, of involute toothform are aligned on the outer periphery of a pole 1 formed in a disc shape, and an axial hole 8 which passes between both side faces is formed at the center. A cylindrical part 9 which corresponds to the conventional collar of cylindrical shape is projected around the periphery of the hole 8 at the center of one side of the pole 1, and becomes an axial hole in communication integrally with the hole 8 of the pole 1 in the bore of the part 9. These poles 1, part 9 and a cylindrical part 10 are formed entirely integrally of sintered material made of pure iron powder. In this manner, the collar can be readily manufactured, and the work of assembling the collar and the pole can be facilitated. |
