A telephone number of a specific party for sending a message is stored, a collation means 74 and a reply control means 75 are provided, a telephone number of the caller side informed from a digital network at the incoming of the automatic answering mode is collated with the telephone number of the specific party stored in the collation means 74 and as the result of collation, when both the telephone numbers are coincident, the message for the specific party prepared in advance from the replay control means 75 is reproduced and sent to the caller side after the channel is formed. When both the telephone numbers are dissident, a reply message for a general opposite party prepared in advance in addition to the message is reproduced and sent to the caller side after the forming of the talking.
