PURPOSE:To always stop a bubble at the leg part of a pattern and to obtain a stable start-stop characteristic by inclining the pattern gap direction of a wide gap pattern by 0 deg.-10 deg. to the counter-clockwise direction in the holing magnetic field direction. CONSTITUTION:In a wide gap transferring path where a rotating magnetic field phase, in which a bubble magnetic domain passes through a pattern gap (g), is approximately coincident in the start-stop direction, a direction G of the gap 8 between patterns 10 and 10; is oriented to a counter-clockwise direction in a holding magnetic field direction H, and an angle theta formed by the gap direction G and the holding magnetic field direction H is made into 0 deg.<=theta<=10 deg.. When the angle theta is made larger, a driving magnetic field phase is delayed essentially in which the bubble is shifted from an arm 11 to a leg 12, when the angle theta exceeds 12 deg. or 13 deg., a holding magnetic field suddenly rises and the start-stop characteristic is deteriorated.
