PURPOSE:To adjust easily a parallel degree, and to raise the accuracy, by operating a height adjusting target value from an arm part reference point measured by use of a sensor which is set to an arm part, and a distance between two points of the inside and outside circumferences of the upper face of a turntable. CONSTITUTION:A supporting point C is used as an original point, and reference height of an arm part 15 is denoted as Hm, by which a height adjusting target value DELTAH of a turntable 11 is decided in the lower direction from the reference height Hm. Subsequently, points A, B of the outside circumference and the inside circumference of the upper face of the turntable are measured by a measuring sensor 16, these measured values DELTAAu, DELTABu are displayed by a measuring controller 17, and also are inputted to a microcomputer 18. Subsequently, by the turntable, usually X1=113.25mm. and X2=31mm. are set, DELTAH is operated in accordance with the equation showing DELTAH, also a difference of DELTAH and the measured value DELTAH-DELTAAu is operated and is displayed on a control panel 19, and adjustment of a point D is executed by a screw 14 so that its value becomes zero or within a prescribed range. Accordingly, the parallel degree can be adjusted easily with high accuracy. |
