PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting and dismounting of a photoreceptor and to prevent scratches on the surface, by approaching a blade holder to the surface of the photoreceptor in the normal direction while rotating it within a prescribed range, and exerting a prescribed contact pressure. CONSTITUTION:A blade 2 is rotatable about an axis 3a, and the blade holder 3 supporting it is held so as to keep uniform contact between the forward end of the blade 2 and the surface of the photoreceptor 1. A plate 4 and an arm 5 are fixed to a rotary axis 5, and brought the blade 2 into contact with the surface of the photoreceptor under proper pressure by the force of a spring 7. When the photoreceptor 1 is mounted on the main body of a copying machine, it is moved on guide rails 9 while it is kept in contact with at least one of the ends of the blade 2, and the blade is brought into contact with the surface by adjusting its parallelism between both. As a result, the contact pressure need not be released at each mounting operation, the photoreceptor can be mounted and dismounted only by simple movement, and scratches on the surface are prevented. |
