The synchronising disc comprises an annular hub body (2), which has at least the essential part of a conical inner contour with oil scraper grooves and axially extending recesses on the outer circumference for the engagement of locking pieces, and an annular disc body (3) having a toothed rim, the two components each being produced separately from sheet material by punching or stamping and then connected rigidly to one another by a joining method. In order to guarantee reliable fixing of the two components relative to one another in as simple a way as possible, the disc body (3) is to have, on its front side facing the hub body (2), projections (8, 9) which are situated at a fixed distance from the teeth (7) of the toothed rim and engage in the recesses (6) on the outer circumference of the hub body. These projections can be produced by punching or stamping together with further projections in the form of welding projections at the same time as the production of the disc body. <IMAGE>
