PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of correction with a simple constitution, by using an attenuator as an operating circuit and correcting the operating error with a conversion table. CONSTITUTION:A signal scanning a white original is stored in an RAM8. The picture signal from a line sensor 2 is compared with the information stored in the RAM8 with an operating circuit 6 and the result is outputted as a signal III. An error correcting conversion table correcting the operating result of the circuit 6 is stored in an ROM9, the information of the RAM8 is converted and an analog switch AS is switched on and off based on the conversion, the result of operation of the circuit 6 is linearized. |
