PURPOSE:To obtain the winding, in which chemical action is not generated, by winding an insulating material, in which a polypropylene film, thickness thereof is specified, is pasted to a polyester film base material, thickness is specified similarly, and the same insulating material, thickness thereof is changed, on winding consisting of a synthetic resin enamel wire excellent in hydrolysis resistance, chemical resistance and solvent resistance and impregnating and curing water-soluble varnish. CONSTITUTION:A polyester film of 0.075-0.350mm. thickness is used as a base material 71, and a polypropylene film protective material 72 of 0.010-0.060mm. thickness is pasted on both surfaces of the polyester film. The polyester film of 0.025-0.075mm. thickness is laminated on the polyester film of the same thickness and the laminate is laminated on said materials to form the insulating material 7, an insulator 8 obtained by bending the insulating material in a U shape is encased in a slot 2, the inside of the slot is filled wit the winding 9 consisting of the synthetic resin enamel wire, and the slot is clamped by an insulating wedge 10. The water-soluble varnish 11 is impregnated, and cured through heat treatment at 130-160 deg.C. |
