<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the disk of a good S/N ratio, by controlling the feeding of a material to a main screw by the control of the rotation of a feed motor and varying the load of a main motor and the material density fed to the main screw in the control equipment of a material delivery amount for manufacturing the disk. CONSTITUTION:When a material is delivered from a nozzle 7 by rotating a feed motor 1 and a disk is manufactured by said delivered material in the control equipment which controls the delivery amount of the material at the extruder for manufacturing the disk, the actuating time of said feed motor 1 is detected, also the temperature of said material and the load current of a main motor 5 are detected and the rotation number of said feed motor 1 is controlled correspondingly to said actuating time and both of said temperature and load current. Thereby, the disk of a good S/N ratio can be manufactured and the burnout of the motor by an overload does not occur.</p> |
