The effectiveness of synthetic, organic oil-soluble organophosphate, carbamate, formamidine and pyrethroid insecticides is increased by adding to the insecticide at least about an equal volumetric amount, based on the volume of insecticide, of a polypropylene glycol having an average molecular weight of from about 1,000 to about 5,000 or a water insoluble polybutylene glycol. |
