<p>A porcelain composition with high delectric constant which contains BaTiO3 as a major component and additionally contains CaTiO3 and Sb2O3 in which one of Nd2O3, La2O3, and Sm2O3 is incorporated. This composition has a high dielectric constant, small voltage dependence of properties, large bending strength, and small equivalent series resistance in a high frequency region. A composition containing BaTiO3 as a major component and CaTiO2 and Ta2O5, and further containing Sb2O3 or Pr6O11 has the same excellent performence as the above-described composition. Addition SiO2 to the above-described compositions serves to further increase their strength. These porcelain composition is suited as dielectrics of ceramic condensers such as laminated ceramic condensers. </p> |
