The physiotherapy apparatus according to the invention includes a cot (1) mounted on a rocking cradle of steel tubes. This cradle comprises two parallel arcs (2) of semicircular shape extended at each end by a straight segment (2b), and cross-pieces (3) on which the cot is fixed by means of elastic elements. A device (10) for fastening the feet of a patient can be adjusted longitudinally with respect to the cot. This apparatus makes it possible to rock through approximately 180 DEG without outside help. It also comprises feet (4) for being placed in an inverted position for other exercises. <IMAGE>
