<p>For the surface treatment of cold, strip-steel plates, ordinary acidic nickel or Ni-Sn alloy, added with a polishing agent (polyethyleneglycol -[-CH2CH2O- -n-) is used as a compostion solution. Yo increase anti-corrosion properties and to improve paint adherence, Ni-Phosphoric acid salt treatment follows the application of the plating solution to form a phosphoric salt film. Then a chromate treatment is conduted to improve the surface characteristics of the steel plate.</p> |
