PURPOSE:To make frequency in operating a relay lower and reduce a noise inside a car room, by connecting a motor to a power supply via a subcircuit. CONSTITUTION:A timer circuit 38 into which a steering signal S is inputted from a signal processing circuit 36 interrupts the output of a high potential signal for a period of the specified time. Therefore, at an AND circuit 39, since the high potential signal from the timer circuit 38 fails to be inputted into one side of its input terminal, even when a high potential signal J0 is inputted into the other side of its input terminal from a current value detecting device 24, the AND circuit 39 will not energize a solenois 25b of a relay 25 with a continuous rating current. Therefore, a select contactor 15a of the relay 25 maintains the conduction between terminals b and c2 while a motor 14 is in a state of being set in motion, thus the motor 14 is connected to a battery 21 via electric wiring E28. |
