PURPOSE:To radiate the frictional heat of a rotary plate preventing the seizure etc. of a bearing device due to thermal deformation and oil film break of a rotary plate from happening by a method wherein multiple heat pipes are embedded into the rotary plate integrated with the thrust collar provided on a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:The rotary shaft 8 of a rotating motor is pivoted on the oil cylinder 2 of an oil tank 1 while a thrust collar 9 is fixed to the rotary shaft 8 by means of a ring key 10. A rotary plate 11 is provided on the lower part 9a of the thrust collar 9 facing to a static plate 6 forming an oil film O1. In such a constitution, multiple heat pipes 16 are embedded into the rotary plate 11 diagonally inward by an angle of theta. Besides, the cooling grooves 17 circulating lubricant are formed on the lower part 9a of the thrust collar 9 located on the junction surface of the rotary plate 11. Through these procedures, the frictional heat generated by rotation of the rotary plate 11 may be actively radiated for cooling by means of heatexchange operation between the heat pipes 16 and the cooling groove 17. |
