PURPOSE:To have a uniform grinding with large working torque even if the distance to the work to be ground is long, by feeding slurry incl. grinding element to either or both of the surface of a liquid film prepared by spraying in the form of liquid beam. CONSTITUTION:The liquid honing device in concern is composed of a liquid spray device equipped with nozzle terminal 10 and a slurry feeding device. A nozzle tip 12 has two nozzles excavated in conical or cylindrical pattern so as to spray two beams B of the high pressure liquid which has flowed into a cylindrical body 11, where the two beams are allowed to intersect at Point e ahead, constituting a specific angle of theta. The combined beam after Point e forms a flat sector-shaped liquid film, and a slurry containing grinding element is fed to either or both of the sides of this film. Thus uniform grinding with large working torque is assured. |
