PURPOSE:To improve a cooking performance of the titled device, by arranging such that a first heater is horizontally provided at the upper portion of internal compartment and a second heater is provided below the first heater to be retainable in the vertical and horizontal directons, in the internal compartment having a self-cleaning enamel coated thereon. CONSTITUTION:At least two heaters 14, 18 are internally provided at an internal compartment 12 having a self-cleaning enamel coated thereon. While the heater 14 is horizontally provided at the upper portion of internal compartment 12, the heater 18 is provided below the heater 14 to be retainable in the horizontal and vertical directions. That is, the device utilizes heaters 14 (700W) and 15 (500W) in cooking a foodstuff using an ordinary type oven, but the heater 14 (700W) and the movable heater 18 (500W) are utilized in toasting a bread or broiling a fish. In cleaning the wall surface of internal compartment 12, the heater 18 is pushed far into the internal compartment 12 until it gets parallel to the deepest wall and these heaters 14, 18 are energized. By this energizing, the wall surface of internal compartment is effectively heated with the result of oxidizing decomposition of smears which is effectively carried out by the self-cleaning enamel coated over the wall surface of internal compartment. |
