PURPOSE:To readily perform the control of frequency, amplitude and phase and the like in response to the characteristics of a load by variably controlling the frequency, phase or amplitude of the energization command signal with a phase signal and an energization control signal. CONSTITUTION:An energization command generator 6 has a pulse counter 61 which receives an input of a frequency signal F of variable frequency pulse train, integrates the signal F at every repetition period, and produces the integrated value as a phase signal theta, and memory circuits 62, 63 which store data of energization command signals Du, Dv corresponding to the address signals as address input signals with inputted energization control signal S and the signal theta. The generator further has D/A converters 64, 65 which analog-convert the outputs of the memory circuits 62, 63 and produces energization command signals Vsu (isu), Vsv (isv), and an adder 66 which adds the outputs of the converters 64, 65 and produces an energization command signal Vsw (isw). |
