PURPOSE:To make the time circuit monolithic by correcting variation in the temperature gradient and absolute value of a temperature information signal from a thermosensitive oscillator with a digital circuit. CONSTITUTION:Output signal of a temperature detection circuit 41 varying in the oscillation frequency with temperature is converted into appropriate temperature information with a digitization circuit 42, a gradient adjustment circuit 43 and an offset adjustment circuit 44 and a quadric function having temperature information as variable is prepared with a frequency correction circuit 50. Then, the temperature compensation is performed with a quartz oscillation circuit 1. To absorb variation in the temperature detection circuit 41 and the quartz oscillation circuit 1, an externally settable set value memory circuit 45 is provided to supply a set value for adjustment to a gradient adjusting circuit 43 and an offset adjusting circuit 44. |
