PURPOSE:To obtain a heat transfer sheet capable of transferring an image onto the surface of a formed article having a three-dimensional curved surface with an exquisite printing effect and high properties, by using an acrylic resin base releasing varnish as a releasable layer. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet-curing type coating material (e.g., an ultraviolet- curing type acrylic resin composition with a matting agent added thereto as required) is applied to a surface of a base sheet 1 (e.g., a vinyl chloride resin sheet having a plasticizer content of 0-30wt%), and is directly irradiated with ultraviolet rays to cure the coated film 2. An acrylic resin base releasing varnish having a releasing property with respect to the coated film 2 is applied to the film 2, and is dried to produce the releasable layer 3. If necessary, a printed layer 4 of an arbitrary pattern is produced, further a colored covering layer 5 is produced, and then an adhesive layer 6 is produced to complete the heat transfer sheet. |
