The plant for the production of non-ferrous-metal solutions contains two fluidised bed apparatuses (1, 2) and a vessel (3) connected to them for the settling of suspensions. The connection of this vessel (3) to one fluidised bed apparatus (1) is effected via the other apparatus (2) by coupling a connection (10) to the suspension outflow of one fluidised bed apparatus (1) to a connection (14) for feeding the starting material of the other fluidised bed apparatus (2). The vessel (3) is located in the immediate vicinity of the other apparatus (2), the connection (16) of which is connected for the suspension outflow to the interior of the vessel (3). <IMAGE>
