PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling of a release bearing to a release fork and as well to make the yield of the material of an outer race satisfactory, by planting an end face flange piece and a peripheral surface flange piece integrally with the outer race, with the end face flange being opposed to the peripheral surface flange. CONSTITUTION:In the upper and lower positions of an outer race 10, there are provided end face flange pieces 10c which are bent outward from the end faces of the race 10c. Further, a peripheral surface flange piece 10d having a cut part 10d' in a race peripheral surface, which is bent outward in the vicinity of the end face flange piece 10c, is planted on the outer race 10. The assembling thereof is simply made such that the front end of a release fork 12 is inserted between both opposed flange pieces 10c, 10d. Further, the peripheral flange piece 10d is formed by bending the cut 10d', and a prolong part in a required material area for forming the end flange piece 10c has a short length such that is only the planted length thereof, thereby the yield of the material of the outer race 10 is satisfactory. |
