A rainwater-pipe flap, which is used for diverting rainwater into the open as desired, can be installed in a rainwater downpipe via plug-in connections. To improve the aesthetic appearance of the rainwater-pipe flap and simplify its manufacture, the pin of the turnbuckle, which clamps the flap in the closed position, reaches into the cross-section of the rainwater-pipe flap, and an outer bead running around a relatively short part of the periphery is attached to its lower end region.
