PURPOSE:To perform continuous recording/reproducing actions with a miniature recording/reproducing device, by sliding the axial core of a rotary head to a revolving magnetic recording disk and in the diameter direction while the rotary head is turned with a slant in the diameter direction of the recording disk. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic recording medium 1 is revolved by a motor 2 around a shaft 102 rectangular to a magnetic recording plane 101. A rotary head 3 is set so that the rotary shaft 6 of the head 3 crosses a segment 103 passing through the center of the medium 1. The head is then revolved by a motor 4 and moved by a moving mechanism 5 in parallel to the diameter direction (a) of the medium 1. As a result, the signals can be recorded continuously and spirally to the head 3 to the medium 1 with a miniature magnetic recording/reproducing device. A continuous reproducing action is also possible with an operation adverse to the recording action. |
