PURPOSE:To stabilize steaming/boiling conditions, and also to save labor by automatically controlling the opening/closing operation and the opening of respective motor valves via a computer in response to the pressure and temperature signals from a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:Motor valves MV1 to MV5 are provided to pipings L1 to L5 respectively, and they are operated by the motor ON/OFF operation due to the commands from a computer. To each motor valve, a potentiometer is fitted, thereby the opening of the valve is controlled. Further, a pressure sensor is fitted on a steam cooker, and instantaneously changing pressures are taken out as analogue signals for controlling the opening/closing operation of steam- inlet-side automatic valves of the motor valves MV1 and MV4, and that of steam-discharge-side automatic valves of the motor valves MV2, MV3, and MV5. Thus, steaming/boiling conditions can be stabilized, and also can be saved. |
