PURPOSE:To simplify the supporting mechanism for a helical body and obtain a static capacitance compensating effect with a part of the spiral body supporting mechanism by forming the one helical body with a ribbon conductor which is wound with the internal conductor in the apparatus forming a lagging wave circuit in the cathode ray tube for observation and a pair of insulating materials arranged almost in parallel to such internal conductor considered as the winding core. CONSTITUTION:The first and second spiral bodies 11, 12 are wound respectively with a pair of insultors 13, 14 and an internal conductor 15 wound as the core and these are insulated from the shield elecrrodes 9 and 10 by the internal conductor 15. Therefore, many supporting legs and glass insulating rod are not required, unlike the conventional apparatus, and thereby the assembling work can be particularly simplified. Moreover, in case compensation of static capacitance is required, pores 16 having sequentially smaller diameters are bored along the electron beam travelling direction for the plate surface of internal conductor 15. |
