PURPOSE:To obtain silicone rubber membrane having uniform thickness, by specifying the exfoliation condition when a membrane having specified thickness is obtained by stripping undermentioned coating film after coating and curing silicone elastomer composition of liquid addition reaction curing type or dehydrogenation condensation reaction curing type on a coating paper. CONSTITUTION:After coating the silicone elastomer composition of liquid addition reaction curing type or dehydrogeration condensation reaction curing type on the coating paper) said silicone elsatomer composition is caused to be cured, and silicone elastomer membrane of 1-500mum in thickness is manufactured by stripping the silicone elastomer membrane from the coating paper thereafter. In that case, the exfoliation resistance value to the cured said silicone elastomer on the coating surface of coating paper shall be not more than 50g per cm under a condition of 25 deg.C in temperature, 30cm per minute in exfoliation speed and 180 deg. in exfoliation angle. Thus, silicone rubber membrane having uniform thickness 1-500mum can be effectively manufactured. |
