PURPOSE:To eliminate a vibration of an article, and to eliminate a solder bridge and a position shift by making an article to be heated stand still, and moving the vapor upward and downward. CONSTITUTION:A vapor interface is set to a position of C by operating a condenser 2, and adjusting the capacity of a heating device 5. In its state, by making an elevator 6 descend, an article 1 is made to stand still at a position of B. Thereafter, the condenser 2 is stopped, and the vapor interface is raised to a position of A. The vapor interface is constituted so as not to rise exceeding the position of A by a cooling coil 7. The article 1 is heated for a prescribed time, and thereafter, the vapor interface is returned to the position of C by operating the condenser 2. After the article 1 has grown cold and solder has been solidified, the article 1 is raised and carried out by the elevator 6. Accordingly, since soldering can be executed in a still state, no shift is generated in the article. |
