PURPOSE:To decrease the fading due to indoor light or the like to 1/2-1/4 and to prevent the effect exerted on a recording/reproduction with a semiconductor laser light, by coloring a base so as to absorb a part of wavelengths other than the wavelengths of the operating laser light. CONSTITUTION:The transparent base 20 has a function absoosrbing wavelengths other than those of the operating laser light among the wavelengths absorbed with a recording layer 2. An air layer 4 is provided in an example shown in Figure, but a transparent or opaque bonding layer 3 can be provided on the entire suface of the base 20. Thus, the fading of a color element film due to an irradiated indodor light in storing an optical information recording medium is prevented. |
