PURPOSE:To make effective polishing easily by moving the area to be polished by a buffer cloth to the right and left and thereby making the polishing perfectly. CONSTITUTION:A push metal 1 is fastened by a nut 4 so that a buffer cloth 2 is set with small angle instead for perpendicular to rotary shaft 5. According to conventional arrangement a buffer cloth is perpendicular to rotary shaft. In this invention a buffer cloth 2 with angle to the rotary shaft 5 is rotated, and the centrifugal force will yield a state as shown in the attached illustration, where the polishing end 3 is moved by this rotation to the right and left as shown by the arrow, so that it makes uniform contact with the polishing surface while moving to the right and left. Thus fibers of the cloth 2 do not contact the same place. Accordingly a smooth polishing is obtained. By this arrangement an effective polishing can be made easily. |
