METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF ELASTIC PLASTIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL, COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND AIR SPRING BELLOWS MADE FROM SAID COMPOSITE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To obtain a composite material for guaranteeing good adhesive properties between a strength carrier layer and an elastic plastic matrix even in the case of a high flexible alternating load by using an organic solvent containing a toluole including a chlorosulfonated polyethylene as a porous rubber formed in a net state with an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: The composite material is formed of a strength carrier made of a woven fabric or particularly woven fabric made of a synthetic polymer embedded in an elastic plastic matrix. Yarns of the fabric are immersed with an aqueous dispersion of a resorcin formaldehyde resin and vinyl pyridine latex. The yarns are formed in a net state, and have a second dried layer made of porous rubber and dispersed solid organic solution. The composite material is formed of a chlorosulfonated polyethylene in which the second layer is dissolved in toluole and therein.
