发明名称 WATER CONTENT MEASUREMENT OF PLASTIC PLATE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To measure the water content at a high accuracy by determining the ratio between the absorption intensity of the specified infrared ray wave length due to the polyester bond of a plastic plate having the bond and the absorption intensity of the specified infrared ray wavelength due to OH group of water contained to relate the results to the correlation previously obtained. CONSTITUTION:The ratio is determined between the absorption intensity near 1,400nm or 1,900nm due to OH group of water contained in a plastic plate of polycarbonate, acryl, polyester or the like having a polyester bond as given by formula and the absorption intensity near the wavelength of 2,132nm or 1,677nm due to the polyester bond. The water content is demanded from the correlation between the water content and the ratio of the absorption intensity previously obtained. Thus, a highly accurate measurement of the water content can be done quickly and simply.</p>
