PURPOSE:To enable engine start even under deterioration of battery performance or insufficient charging by controlling the fuel injection through an analog circuit at the start of engine while through a digital circuit normally. CONSTITUTION:The operating condition of an engine 2 is detected by various sensors 2. A fuel injection valve 4 is provided at the suction manifold 3. The fuel injection valve 4 is controlled by a controller (ECU) 6. ECU6 is comprised of a digital circuit 7 containing a microcomputer, an analog circuit 8 for processing with analog signal, signal selection circuit 9 and an injection valve drive circuit 10. The signal selection circuit 9 will receive a signal from a starter 11 to provide the signal from the digital circuit 7 or the analog circuit 8 selectively to the injection valve drive circuit 10. Consequently the engine start performance is improved. |
