PURPOSE:To improve the workability and to improve the yield with misregistration being avoided by coating an ultraviolet ray hardened-type adhesive agent on the end surface portion of a glass substrate and by radiating ultraviolet rays for hardening so as to fix the glass substrate temporarily. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet ray hardened-type adhesive agent 5 (referred to UV adhesive agent hereafter) is coated on the end surface of a glass substrate as shown in the figure and ultraviolet rays are radiated for hardening by means of an ultraviolet ray lamp 9 in order to fix it temporarily until an epoxy adhesive agent is completely hardened. In another actual example, when a terminal plate 7 is to be stuck to the surface plate 8 of a camera tube and an electrode lead pin 6 protruded from the surface plate 8 as shown in the figure, the UV adhesive agent 5 is coated around the stuck portion of the terminal plate 7 and the surface plate 8, and ultraviolet rays are radiated for hardening by means of the ultraviolet ray lamp 9 so as to fix the terminal plate 7 to the surface plate 8 temporarily. |
