PURPOSE:To provide the subject film of sheet excellent in elastic recovery, transparency and water resistance and retaining a proper degree of elastic modulus, by forming from an alpha-olefinic copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing an alpha-olefin component with a cyclic olefin component and has a specified glass transition temperature. CONSTITUTION:The object film or sheet is made from a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an alpha-olefin component (e.g. ethylene) with a cyclic olefin component (e.g. norbornene) and having a glass transition temperature of 30 deg.C or lower.
