PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which prevents effectively the oscillation phenomenon of the bath surface of the molten metal in a vessel and performs a stable gas injection treatment by installing a cylindrical body of which the bottom end contacts with the bath surface at the size enclosing the rising bath surface when gas is blown on said bath surface.
