PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity of a rotor and to improve the characteristics of the rotor by temporarily assembling a rotor core without skew, inserting a rotor conductor into a slot, then axially compressing the core, and sequentially displacing circumferentially the punched laminated core. CONSTITUTION:A recess 4a is formed between the slot 2 and an axial hole 3 on the upper surface of a punched iron plate 1 which is punched with the slot 2 at the outer periphery and the axial hole 3 for supporting a rotational shaft at the inner periphery, thereby forming a projection 4b on the lower surface of the plate 1. A plurality of such plates 1 are laminated to temporarily assemble a rotor core 5. Then, a rotor conductor 6 is inserted into each slot 2, and the upper and lower surfaces of the core 5 are pressed by a press or the like. As a result, the gap 7 between the adjacent plates 1 can be eliminated, and the conductor 6 inserted into the slot 2 is simultaneously skewed by circumferentially moving the plates 1. |
