PURPOSE:To give tension to a winding by reduce the set torque at a contactless torque generating device when abnormal tension has appeared, increasing or decreasing the inertia rotary force of an absorbing lever in compliance with the regular torque, and thereby reducing the set torque. CONSTITUTION:The tension which a winding requires is determined by setting the distance between a magnet 7 and a magnetic plate 17, which are facing each other, by means of turning of a dial 2. If the tension of a wire between main pulley 18 and coil bobbin becomes higher than the set value, the auxiliary pulley 16 moves in the direction of Point a3 to move an absorbing lever 15 in such a direction that the end-face cam 27a touches the cam part 29a of a bearing 29 and that the magnet 7 separates from the magnetic plate 17. Thus the brake torque is modified in the direction of decreasing to allow the main pulley 18 to be rotated lighter. Now drawout of the wire can be made easier with this modified less tension. |
