Device for the direct, flexible securing of a rail (7), comprising a head (7a), a stem (7b) and a base (7c), on a sleeper (8) by means of a support body (3) permanently arranged on the sleeper (8) laterally of the rail base (7c), the support body (3) having an opening (3a) which is penetrated by a clamping part (1) in the form of a two-part lever (1a, 1b) which in its longitudinal extension abuts against an upper contact surface (3b) provided in the opening (3a) and one end of which exerts a downward pressure on the upper side of the rail base (7c) and the other end of which is supported by an elastic force accumulator (2), the lever arm (1a) of the clamping part (1) supported by the force accumulator (2) is at least twice as long as the lever arm (1b) acting upon the rail base (7c), characterised in that the force accumulator is a helical spring (2) which for a weak force has a long spring path, that the upper contact surface (3b) in the opening (3a) is adapted to be convex or concave and that the surface (1c) of the clamping part (1) which abuts against this contact surface (3b) is adapted to be complementary to the contact surface (3b).</p> |
