PURPOSE:To attain ease of monitoring, by flickering a display lamp only when the state change is detected. CONSTITUTION:An external signal from plural devices or apparatuses is normally received and stored in an input memory 21 of a control station 2 via a station 1 to be controlled. A storage memory 22 stores the preceding state of the said input memory 21 and when a state change takes place in an external device, it is detected at an exclusive OR EX1 in a state change detecting circuit 24 and fed to a flicker operating circuit 25 via an AND gate AN1. The flicker operating circuit 25 operates the flicker period or the like for display and selects a lamp corresponding to a device having the state change for displaying it in the form of flicker display. |
