发明名称 DETECTING METHOD OF LAYER FACTOR OF FLUIDIZED BED
摘要 PURPOSE:To monitor the layer factor of a fluidized bed device constituted by particles of two or more components having different densities all the time, by obtaining the vertical difference between pressures at two points, i.e. at a vacant tower part over a fluidized bed and a fluidized bed part. CONSTITUTION:A pressure difference detector 11 has pressure taking ports 8 and 9 in a fluidized bed 2 formed in a boiler 1. A differnetial pressure DELTAP2 in the fluidized bed is obtained by the detector 11. A layer density (pressure gradient) is computed by a measuring line with a predetermined layer density. Meanwhile a pressure difference detector 10 has pressure taking ports 7 and 8 in a vacant tower part 13 and the fluidized bed part 2, respectively. A differential pressure DELTAP1 between vacant tower part 13 and the fluidized bed part 2 is obtained by the detector 10. A fluidized bed height H is obtained by an operating device 12 using an expression H=DELTAP1XDELTAh/DELTAP2 where DELTAh is a distance between the measuring points of the pressure difference meters in the layer. Based on the value of the pressure difference detector 11 in the layer, the composition of the fluidized bed can be obtained along the measuring line having a predetermined fluidized bed constituting ratio. Thus, useless consumption of sand which is put in the boiler as an operating medium can be reduced.
