PURPOSE:To make an accurate attitude adjustment with simple constitution by supporting a holder to be adjusted to a fitting member through a leaf spring, and displacing the holder through three adjusting members provided to the fitting part. CONSTITUTION:When the attitude of a reflecting mirror 6 is desired to be adjusted, three adjusting bolts 12 are rotated to move the mirror 6 to and from the fitting plate 10 properly. Consequently, the holder 7 is displaced against the elastic force of the leaf spring 8 to adjust the attitude of the reflecting mirror 6 properly. |
