PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device improved in a processing capacity by providing at least one auxiliary shifting magnetic field generator separately from a pair of shifting magnetic field generators facing a processing vessel, and moving a working piece uniformly in the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A pair of main shifting magnetic field generators 4, 5 and a pair of auxiliary shifting magnetic field generators 7, 8 are provided on both sides of a box-shaped processing vessel 1 in which a working piece 2 made of strongly magnetic material or non-magnetic conductive material and an object 3 to be processed are contained, and shifting magnetic fields phi1, phi2 and phi3, phi4 of opposite direction are generated. Consequently, movement direction A due to main shifting magnetic fields phi1, phi2 and movement direction B due to auxiliary shifting magnetic fields phi3, phi4 are given to the working piece 2, and the working piece can process the object 3 efficiently in the vessel 1. Power consumption can be reduced by making output of the auxiliary shifting magnetic field generators 7, 8 smaller than main generators 4, 5 or installing only one unit or energizing intermittently. |
